Terri is the founder and creator of The Inner Prize ~ A People Devlopment Company.  Clients say her passion and enthusiasm is contagious and inspires them to action.  Since 1996 she has passionately brought her message of Inner Trust drives Effectiveness to property management organizations and associations.

Terri is an active innovator and seeker of solutions to the issues people face everyday in the property management workplace.  Her expertise includes focusing on both the corporate and on-site challenges.  She’s been through 25 years of property management up-and-down market cycles, dealing with the life cycle of properties, positioning properties and companies in the marketplace, overcoming the dynamics of ‘us-them’ relationship thinking, creating service cultures, and empowering team members to grow and excel through constant change.
