As an onsite property manager of an adult community I would love to see you write a book of “Love Letters” for violations etc. It seems no matter how I word the letters, resident are always upset when they receive them. I try to manage with humor and kindness. I send pictures so I know that they can’t deny the violation and say no its not my house, etc.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated 90 percent of the time I love my job and the knowledge it gives me.
Terri,
Do you have any insight or advice for how to get the cable, telephone and electric companies to change out the boxes on the lawns. They distract from the beauty of the community and I can’t seem to fine anyone that can help.
Thanks
